REFUND POLICY

At Activize we are more than happy to refund your order within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Whether it be the sizing of the items, or you've just simply changed your mind.

STARTING THE PROCESS

In order to begin the refund process, please contact us on either our email: Activizeuk@gmail.com, our instagram @ActivizeUK or click the contact us button on our website and write to us there. From there we can help you through the refund process and confirm that your item is eligible for refund/return. Once we have confirmed that your order is eligible, please then post your order back to us at the address given to you on the back of the thank you slip you received with your order. Be sure to fill out the order number on the back so that we know it came from you!

ELIGIBILITY

please note that all items refunded must be in the original condition they were sent with the tags still attatched. If we notice marks that were not there when the item was sent or the tags are not still attatched it will make your order no longer eligable for a refund. So please be careful when trying items on!

COSTS

upon return you will be expected to pay for the shipping cost back to us for the refund of your item, unless the reason for the return of the item is due fault of our own.

Please allow 3-5 working days to recieve your refund once we have notified you that it has been processed. If your unsure whether your refund has been processed or not, feel free to contact us and we can update you on the process.
